The longing
I know what it is to want love deeply and feel it just out of reach. To be loving, aware, devoted to growth — and still waiting.
What changed everything was going inward. Building a life of genuine joy and aliveness. Finding intimacy in community, friendship, and the sacred. And through astrology — truly understanding the timing of my own life — I found something unexpected: peace. A deep, unshakeable trust that what is meant for me is already on its way.
The longing became my greatest teacher. And it has made me extraordinarily precise at guiding others through it.
The shutting down
I was a deeply sensually alive person. Pleasure came naturally to me. Intimacy felt like home.
And then something happened that changed everything. Through a combination of trauma and deep religious conditioning, I came to believe that my own pleasure and sensuality were wrong. Shameful. Something to be punished for. So I shut it all down.
For years, I was present in intimacy — but not really there. My mind would wander. I would drift into fantasy instead of feeling. I was watching from somewhere far away, unable to land in my own body, my own sensation, my own aliveness.
It wasn't until I found tantra — nearly twenty years later — that I came home.
Not through force. Not through trying harder. But through slow, sacred, body-led work that taught me pleasure was not something to be earned or feared. It was my birthright.
This is why tantra is at the heart of everything I do. And why I know — with absolute certainty — that no matter how long you have been away from your own body, you can come back.
The mysteries
I have spent years in devoted study of the world's most profound mystical traditions — Dzogchen Buddhism, sacred tantra, the Gene Keys, Vedic astrology, near death experience wisdom.
Not from a distance. These are wisdom traditions I have lived, been humbled by, and been transformed by — again and again.
