I am Shezza

I am an experienced sex and relationship Somatic coach, tantra teacher, and hypnotherapist. But my greatest gift is to connect with our Higher Selves and offer my clients exactly the messages that want to come through. The intuitive guidance I give in my sessions is enormously beneficial. I am passionate about helping people to live more fulfilling, connected, and authentic lives by releasing shame, healing trauma, and connecting deeply with themselves and others.

I believe that self-love and self-acceptance are the foundation for fulfilling relationships and life. My approach is centered around helping you to more deeply understand and live authentically, vulnerably, and fully alive.

In the past 20 years, I have helped many men and women experience a more empowered relationship with themselves, their bodies, and other humans. My passion comes from my own story of feeling unconfident, turned off, and my own sex and relationship struggles. Despite being a therapist myself, I found that the typical solutions were not effective for me. I felt frustrated, wondering if I would ever experience the love and sex that I craved. I had to dig deeper.

By confronting my shadows, going deep into my pain, and seeking out unconventional solutions, I was able to turn my pain into pleasure, my struggles into strengths, and my broken heart into art. My greatest joy is helping others do the same.
