My name is Shezza, and I am an intuitive somatic guide.
I was born a mystic. As a child, I was always questioning life and was known among my friends for constantly asking, “Don’t you ever wonder…?”
After college, I spent two years in Asia. My father wanted me to get a master’s degree, but I was not only passionate, but I was also desperate to understand my anxious mind, turbulent emotions, and the overwhelming feeling that I was lost in the world.
During that time, I began to question my fundamentalist Christian upbringing, which has been a huge part of my evolution
I began to study holistic therapies, hypnotherapy, and kinesiology.
I remember one moment vividly. During a session, someone suddenly bolted upright and said, “How did you know that?”
That was when I realized my gift for offering people the messages that they want to come through from their Spirit. Not in a dramatic or performative way, but in a grounded, clarifying way that helps people hear what they already know beneath the noise.
Over many years, my path has led me into a loving relationship with myself and with life through my passionate practice of somatic therapies, Dzogchen Buddhism, astrology, the Gene Keys, Tantra, and energy healing. These were not concepts I studied from a distance. They are lived practices that have helped me stabilize, soften, and trust myself, others, and life itself.
I have spent my life learning and practicing in the service of my own nervous system regulation and evolution. Along the way, I have worked with thousands of people in many different settings, supporting them through emotional overwhelm, relationship suffering, confusion, and periods of deep transition.
Through this journey, I have discovered that while the path of growth never truly ends, it can become more easeful, embodied, and even sensual when the nervous system feels safe enough to relax and open.
I have spent my life learning and practicing in the service of my own nervous system regulation and evolution. Along the way, I have worked with thousands of people in many different settings, supporting them through emotional overwhelm, relationship suffering, confusion, and periods of deep transition.
Now, I bring all of these threads together in my somatic intuitive work.
I guide emotionally sensitive, intuitive adults who may look functional on the outside but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck inside, and who find themselves repeating painful patterns or feeling confused in relationships, money, work, or life direction.
This work is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone else.
It is about learning how to feel safe enough in your body to relax, trust, and allow your life to move forward in alignment in a way that benefits all.
